Things to do other than tango....

Bad Ems's architecture reflects its history. One of Germany's most well-renowned spa towns in the 17th and 18th century, it was the summer residence of many European monarchs, artistsand famous composers: William I, Zars Nikolaus I. and Alexander II., Richard Wagner, Jacques Offenbach, Fjodor Dostojewski and many more. The elegant buildings bordering the Lahn river, the Russian chapel and the venue itself tell the tale of that past.
